WillWay Africa is blessed with a team of dedicated professionals who are willing to play a significant role in providing opportunities to improve the lives of rural dwellers in Ghana and Africa. This Team works tirelessly to offer a platform to people living in deprived communities to find hope and meaning to life.
Our Team is made up of:
Samuel Ohene Kwapong - Executive Director
Samuel was instrument in the formation of WillWay Africa. Samuel is also an educationist with a wealth of experience in his professional calling. He has attended and facilitated numerous workshops/seminars on various topics. He is currently in charge of the overall management and administration of WillWay Africa.
Miriam Nortey - Director, Administration and Finance
Miriam is passionate on the empowerment of girls and women in remote communities. Miriam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies from University of Cape Coast. She is also a member of the Ghana Association of Certified Chartered Accounts.
Paul Koomson - Communication & Research Director
Paul is the Communication & Research Director of WillWay Africa. He possesses a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from the prestigious School of Communication Studies, University of Ghana, with a specialization in Public Relations and Advertising. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History form the same University.
Johnson Ayonka - Director of Grassroots Transparency Initiative
Johnson Ayonka holds a Bachelor's Degree in philosophy and political science from the University of Ghana and a master's degree in global studies with a political science concentration from Lund University in Sweden. His lifelong attachment to environmentalism and sustainable indigenous development attracted him to the WillWay agenda of community development through empowerment, innovation and education. Johnson Ayonka has served in a range of teaching and administrative capacities in Ghana.
